Reaching out for help has always been my biggest fear. Being honest with myself and those I ask for help is an even bigger fear.

To be able to seek help from someone who accepts yourself, your situation, your emotions, and your outlook as an individual was something I did not expect to find easily.

Thankfully, I had the courage to reach out to Erika Renteria. My reasoning for doing so was to go to Erika as my true self. Come with full honesty and openness. Then I could hear another voice other than my own to guide and compartmentalize my thoughts and actions.

I have never been more proud of myself for the decision to reach out to Erika for help. Since our sessions have began, my problems have not magically gone away, but the progress is fierce, tangible, eye opening, humbling, and most importantly, real.

Erika is someone I would recommend to any and all. Her communication, diligence, and understanding of the human mind sets her apart.
