I was an ambitious and adventurous woman. With many visions ,dreams, and journals, I had a wardrobe full of beautiful things but nothing looked “GREAT.”
In the depths of who I am, I wasn’t happy and I couldn’t figure out why?
On my camera roll of life, I looked great! I had a professional job where I achieved many goals. My social media account was full with pictures, adventures, and family. Friends would say,”Man you have it all”. Oh, but only if they knew the truth! I had a crippling low self-esteem, but was confident. I used work, my kids, and marriage as an excuse to numb myself for years.
NOTHING CAN MAKE UP FOR THE LACK OF SELF ~LOVE AND BOUNDARIES
Deep down I was’t happy and I couldn’t figure out why?

I am the consultant (coachsultant) that specializes in helping women, and coaches preteens. We concentrate and will work on real life balance, real life struggles, and our goals to achieve happiness.

I vowed to myself that I would pay it forward. I would help other women and preteens do the same by helping them to heal.

I was an out of control teen and the peer pressure in the late 70’s and 80’s was nothing compared to the challenges that our newley upcoming preteen generation deals with. Because of that realization with in my own family, I have developed a passion for understanding this age group. I have developed tools to help your preteen set boundaries, have ownership of their actions, which will create acceptance, a positive attitude and creativity.
Realization
I realize that I did not want other women and preteens to reach the place of where they wallow in themselves as much as I had. I decided that I wanted to help them start living and to stop hiding.
I armed myself with the tools and skills to make that happen. I trained as a consultant , coach, (coachsultant), and study cognitive behavior ,nutrition, boundaries and forgiveness to name a few. I have learned and embraced many life application tools which allowed me to launched my own signature program.
I am now working with women and preteens online, in person, and in group settings. Helping them to discover their own strength and beauty, to start to love themselves in their skin. As a result , they will thrive in their life and where ever they want to go.
I want you to know you are enough, you always have been
Time ages
It took me 47 years for me to make peace with my body, mind, and soul. I put my “want to” before my “how to”. Doing this I had to make some very hard choices which allowed me to prioritizing my own self~care.
Wisdom
I learned that saying “YES” to myself didn’t mean I was selfish it meant that I established healthy boundaries .
Time to move
Don’t take as long as I did, because the stakes are high when life’s time clock is ticking. I want you to know you are ENOUGH that you are strong , you are loved, and you are worthy.
Let’s not waste any more time …let’s GO!
